I was born in Zagreb in 1976 where I finished elementary school and high school while from 2001 I hold a diploma in food technology. Food and everything that comes with it; its roots and quality, lifestyles, drinks and comradery, hunger and profit, giving and selling, truth and deception … so much of everything and nothing at all. While in one part of the World there are neither options nor choice, in another part of the same World there is a lack of respect and awareness about its importance. We are all close to each other no matter how far apart we live or where we were born or where we found safety. The Taste of Home is precisely this story, full of life and honesty, happily unhappy. I am glad to be a part of the story, it is what I think has true value and something that will survive in a sustainable manner regardless of what comes and goes …
